Life moves fast, and it can feel like there’s never enough time—to figure out who you are, take care of yourself, or enjoy the things you used to love. Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, unsure of your next step, or just tired of trying to hold it all together.
I see you—and I’m here to help.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, grief, and that stuck, “something’s off” feeling that’s hard to put into words. I work with those who have lost a pet or a fur child. My style is down-to-earth and supportive. Together, we’ll use simple, mindful tools and reflection to help you understand what you’re feeling, reduce stress, and start moving forward.
As someone who understands the quieter side of life, I know how draining it can feel to constantly be “on”. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or just unsure of where you fit in — you're not alone. I offer virtual sessions in the evenings (5–9 P.M.) to make connecting easier!
