About
As Ralph Waldo Emerson once said: “What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.” I believe that every individual has within themselves the tools they need to take actions towards creating the changes that will align with their values and purpose. Being a bicultural individual, I am able to see things from two different perspectives, which helps me remain open and adaptable to various personal values and ways of life. I pride myself on my ability to create a space where you would feel comfortable and understood to express your concerns and emotions freely.
My experience includes working in multiple levels of care including residential settings, partial care (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient treatment. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and diversity navigating challenges with life transitions, depression, anxiety, addiction, interpersonal relations, grief & loss, trauma, cultural issues.
I believe in your ability to figure out what you need in order to heal and to feel empowered. My role is to create a partnership with you and help you become more connected with your internal compass, with which you will utilize to guide you in the direction that you have been looking for. You do not have to this alone. Let's start this journey together!
