It is hard to be a human sometimes. We may live and work in systems that do not support our well-being. We may struggle reconciling conflicting roles and cultural identities. We can get overwhelmed by anxiety and sadness, especially when we experience loss and transitions. The multitude of desires, expectations and responsibilities can be both exciting and stressful. Whether you're struggling or seeking to live with more intention, therapy can offer the space to recover and reconnect.
I will support you to remember who you are and what you care about. Together, we will assess the situation and make a plan. I bring specialized training and experience in mindfulness, professional well-being, equity and inclusion. My approach is informed by Eastern spirituality and Western evidence-based therapies, but will be tailored to you.
I look forward to learning about your healing practices. My goal is to help you reconnect with your sources of strength and share practical tools and resources. We will cultivate awareness and compassion to reduce suffering, respond wisely and grow in any situation.
