Hi, I'm Trinette, a licensed therapist in Missouri with 20+ years of professional work experience treating adults, teens, and adolescents. I am married and have one daughter, and I am also a fur baby-Mommy. I enjoy working with people, providing a space to allow them to feel heard without judgment. I'm very faith driven and committed to my walk with the Lord. I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends. Self-care is important to me.
I take an individualized, holistic therapeutic approach, providing client-centered, solution-focused therapy, and Christian counseling. Some major focus areas in my work are relationship issues, anger management, anxiety, and developing healthy coping skills.
Our sessions will be a judgement free zone, allowing you to feel seen and heard without any bias. I meet people where they are versus being cookie cutter in my approach. I also enjoy humor and believe it can be beneficial in the healing and therapy process. Therapy is a journey and not a sprint and I am open to being a part of this individualized journey.
