We will begin therapy by addressing the concerns that are most pressing for you. My goal is to provide attentive and empathetic care, ensuring that you feel comfortable and supported throughout our work together. I regularly check in to gather feedback and make sure you are satisfied with the process. I look forward to connecting with you and discussing your goals. Our sessions may incorporate various therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused counseling. My approach is warm and supportive, but I am ready to offer additional guidance and encouragement as needed.

I am a sex therapist. I also primarily use EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT with a holistic and multicultural perspective, meaning we will work through your challenges in a way that resonates with who you are as an individual within your unique context and environment. I begin where you are and tailor treatment to meet your specific needs.

In addition, I support clients facing grief, trauma, military life challenges, and substance use issues by utilizing Grief Counseling, Military Social Work, CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Brainspotting, I understand how overwhelming & isolating it can feel to navigate mental health concerns, especially with the stigma surrounding mental health
