About
Therapy is about uncovering desire. It is an adventure in moving past, dissolving or reducing painful problems and embracing life, love and relationships. It is more than words; it is experiencing oneself in ways that are meaningful, whatever that looks like for each person. I work with individuals and couples (gay, straight, poly, trans), who want more from their lives. I believe there is always hope and possibilities and I passionately work with people to discover opportunities for more of what they want in life.
I am a Certified Sex Therapist. This means I have completed extensive additional training that qualifies me to work with a variety of sexual problems. I have also been a licensed Social Worker through the state of Michigan for over two decades.
I am a graduate from Grand Valley State University. I have worked in Eastern Kentucky, in the Appalachian Mountains area. I also worked in Chicago Illinois. The main area where I have worked as a therapist is in Michigan. I am a Certified Sex Therapist and Certified Addictions Counselor.
