My practice specializes in working with children and teenagers. I use interactive techniques including play therapy, sandtray therapy, and art therapy to help keep kids and teens engage and allow them to communicate in a variety of ways. I enjoy working with kids and teens, but most importantly, they enjoy the work they accomplish with me. I believe in treating the whole family so I additionally work with parents to provide parenting skills and educational support. I also work with adults, providing a person-centered approach to help them achieve their personal goals. Each person’s treatment is individualized and unique.
My practice was built to help families reach their full potential on their journey toward wholeness. I specialize in working with whole families, children and adolescents, parents, and couples. I provide compassionate and educated support that is completely tailored to your individual needs and is never "one size fits all."
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in mental health and child welfare. This experience has given me the ability to develop a practice that meets the needs of the community in a way that has never been done before. I have grown up in this town, am raising my family here, and am committed to the betterment of this community.
