I'm a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in SE OKC w/ over 12 yrs of experience. I enjoy working with adults, families, couples and individuals with a variety of needs, i.e. anxiety, depression, parenting & relationship issues. I strive to help clients reach goals & to equip clients with the tools needed to confidently be on their own.
I have experience working with children, teens/tweens, couples, and families. I have been trained in a variety of research/evidenced based treatment models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I utilize evidence based modalities in my approach to best fit the unique needs of each of my clients.
