I work with teens and adults throughout the lifespan seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, losses, career and life transitions. I use an integrated approach to therapy including ART (accelerated resolution therapy) inner child work, somatic practices, trauma recovery and a personal strengths focus to help you find healing and create the life you want.
I practice with Pia Mellody's model (PIT and DART) for recovery from developmental and relational trauma. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
