About
Working with a diverse client base, I have over 10 years of direct clinical experience focusing on issues affecting adults and teens. I use a variety of trauma-specific approaches, e.g., EMDR, IFS, and CBT to help you reach your goals in the best possible manner. With 20 years of industrial and business experience I can also help individuals be successful in the work place through career counseling and manager/owner coaching.
I enjoy helping teens and adults to overcome worry and stress as well as feelings of shame, depression and anxiety; specifically for women and men to realize their true potential in the many roles they have as adults, both at home and at work.
