I am a certified clinical trauma professional. Cognitive behavioral & solution focused therapy with specialties in eating disorders, grief/loss (including pet loss), bullying & ADD. EMDR trained, & nationally certified. Treating families, adults, adolescents, geriatric clientele, depression, anxiety, phobias, life adjustment issues, obsessive compulsive disorders, & more.
Specialization in treatment of eating disorders/other addictions, bullying, ADD, & grief & loss (including pet loss) . You & I work as a team to help you understand reasons behind patterns of behavior that are causing you distress, & in finding solutions to correcting those patterns. I am EMDR trained, & pursuing a post-grad veterinary therapy certificate.
Solution focused therapy, flexible hours, evening and weekend (Saturday) appointments available.
