I use cognitive behavioral therapy. I will help you to become more aware of the your thoughts and to begin to recognize the connection between your thoughts and feelings. I will help you to change thoughts to help negative alleviate feelings such as anxiety and depression. I also use person centered therapy, focus on self-growth and gaining independence.
I offer PCIT (parent child interaction therapy). I have worked with children, teens, adults, individuals, and families in psychotherapy.
