Welcome! Do you have a child or teen who is acting out at home or school and you find yourself feeling overwhelmed as to how to manage or how to help? Or perhaps they’re withdrawn and anxious and this has you concerned. As a parent, it can be challenging to know how best to support your child through these big emotions and behaviors and for many children and teens it can be difficult for them to articulate why they feel the way they do. Or perhaps you are an adult who is struggling to manage anxiety due to past trauma and while you can manage most days, you can tell that it's taking a toll and its's time to seek support for yourself
I work with children, teens, adults + families to help them better understand and manage their emotions. Using play, art and sand tray therapy, it creates a compassionate, fun, and healing space where children can explore their thoughts and feelings. I support adults through providing a safe space where you can explore yourself or your partner more deeply.
As a mom of five myself, I have a deep understanding of the challenges that life brings. I support adults in processing trauma (using EMDR), parenting and/or life stressors.
