Whatever you are facing, life transitions, depression, traumas, anxiety, grief and loss, or women's issues, I would love to talk to you to see if we have a good connection.
My approach is being empathetic, understanding, and non-judgemental. I utilize different modalities such as CBT, person centered, and EMDR.
I work with anxiety, depression, and trauma along with many other struggles.
I enjoy helping those with grief and loss. I have taken the add on course for EMDR to work specifically with grief and loss.
I also incorporate Christian Counseling into sessions for those who desire it.
You are not your diagnosis, there is so much more to you and I would love to work with you to help you discover this.
