Groups
Emotion control support group
Emotions are trying to tell us something. Symptoms are information. When emotions get too big it is hard to think about anything else. The emotion controls how you feel, how you think and how you act. It can feel as though you have no control over your life. It is possible for you to feel better by learning how to listen to your feelings instead of being run by them. You CAN lower the noise in your head and the sensations in your body. In this group, with others, you will learn ways to understand and manage your feelings.
