The treatment approach I use helps clients increase self-awareness, insight, & promotes growth. By doing so, clients can develop a deeper understanding how the past affects the present so that long-term change in the future can be made possible.
Areas of focus include but are not limited to: addiction/substance abuse - both with the person directly affected by addiction as well as their family/friends. In addition, I also treat people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, marital and/or relationship conflicts.
