Emotions impact and affect the body causing us to hold them on a physical level. I work with the mind-body connection, utilizing mindfulness techniques, Neurofeedback/EEG Biofeedback, EMDR, breath work, and meditation, viewing the body as a whole to address trauma, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. As a somatic therapist, I combine these techniques to help clients become aware of trauma stored in the body, and work to resolve the trauma and empower the client. I engage the wisdom of the body to heal trauma, depression and anxiety, and move through life transitions by unifying the mind-body connection.

I use compassion, somatic awareness, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to support clients in listening to their bodies to promote positive change and healing. I am also trained in Neurofeedback or EEG Biofeedback, which is a non-invasive method used to regulate the body and nervous system by training the brain.
I have been practicing over 20 years, am trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback/EEG Biofeedback, and in Dance Movement Therapy, and use these techniques in my own life. I have worked in a variety of settings and thus have experience collaborating with a wide range of professionals as both a therapist and a clinical supervisor.
