I enjoy working adults and mature adolescents, individually who want to start or continue their healing journey. I work with a variety of mental health concerns/problems such as depression, anxiety, trauma (all types), domestic violence, grief, LGBTQIA+ concerns, workplace violence, somatic complaints, life or work stress, etc. I have experiences interviewing and writing reports for transgender individuals seeking HRT or gender reassignment surgery. I am trained in a variety of trauma focused therapeutic models for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I am EMDR Certified. Training in Somatic Experiencing. Commercial/self-pay only.
My specialty is treating trauma survivors. I have worked for several years with this population. I also enjoy working with adolescents and adults with anxiety and depression; life stressors; survivors of domestic violence; and the queer community. Somatic therapy for individuals with trauma related pain.
I am very outgoing, patient, and down to earth. I have been told I have a calming effect on others and I have had several clients say that I have an uncanny way of getting them to open up, even when they didn't want to. I am open to working with adolescents and adults, as well as LGBTQIA+ individuals for a variety of concerns.
