These beliefs are the keys to understanding maladaptive thinking and behavior patterns, and to identifying and learning to cope with triggers of emotional disturbance that can lead to relapse.

Together we will embark on a journey to bring insight into the true function of your substance use and begin the healing process for underlying emotional pain or issues, improve your understanding of co-occurring mental health symptoms and how these contribute to use, and develop effective coping skills for maintaining recovery or achieving your goals.
