Hi! My name is Tricia. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 20 years experience and extensive training in many therapeutic modalities. I work with trauma, anxiety, depression and other mental health issues. I am heavily grounded in IFS and EMDR. It is my honor to witness and nurture growth and healing. Counseling is not only a gift to yourself, but it often positively affects others in your life. Learning to be authentically you is not always easy. But when we are genuine in the world, we find clarity, connection and a new perspective that allows us to thrive despite the chaos of the world.
Addressing trauma, anxiety or depression, we will learn self-regulation and be able to reassure the overwhelm that you are safe. We will go deep within your system to find those parts of you that need to be heard, seen, unburdened. Clients often report a new, calmer energy and a shift in perspective towards themselves and others.
