I see the counseling process as a path towards healing and hopefulness. I offer virtual counseling sessions for clients in the state of Tennessee. I work well with clients who are developing coping skills, working through trauma, and experiencing anxiety, stress, depression. I believe that counseling should be used as an early intervention to help support people who are struggling with their emotional and mental wellness. If we utilize counseling throughout our lifetime and during times of either difficulty, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges it can increase our quailty of life and enhance our wellbeing.
I have a background working with clients in private practice and spent 11 years in the field of higher education. I have specialized training working with the mind body program for clients and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and infertility. I utilize skills and time focusing on using cognitive tools to support healthier thinking patterns.
Counseling is an effective way to help support people in their daily lives. Counseling is a journey guided by client and supported by the counselor to meet the clients goals. Counseling is something that we can use throughout our lifetime and for various reasons. Everyone needs support and help, the counseling space is a safe space for your healing journey.
