In addition to adult and teen anxiety, child development, and family therapy, I work with parents all over Texas who are seeking support with their children's emotions and behaviors, building stability and structure in their home, and working through their own childhood wounds and the mental health concerns affecting their children and themselves.
I guide parents through tailoring at-home intervention plans for children and then therapeutically working through what arises in you and your children as you all work to grow. I also support children, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety.

The American Academy of Pediatrics Clinical Practice Guidelines state: “Parent Training in Behavior Management is the recommended primary intervention for children with ADHD as well as children with ADHD-like behaviors whose diagnosis is not yet verified” (Wolraich et al., 2019). Join family therapist and parent trainer, Tricia Foster, and other parents for a 12 week virtual therapeutic journey to tailor an at-home intervention plan of responsiveness to your children's behaviors and emotions, implement the plan, bring in struggles, work through obstacles, practice skills, and dig deep.
