I work with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. Trained in EMDR, my approach utilizes psychodynamic insights applied to the EMDR methodology for clients with PTSD and C-PTSD, and also as a successful approach for clients who have generalized anxiety or depression who may not have an obvious trauma that they are aware of.
I believe the most important component to a good and productive therapeutic experience is the relationship between client and therapist. I cultivate a safe and nurturing environment that promotes growth and will help you as you work to restore, heal, and evolve through the most challenging moments in life.
