I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth services within the state of Florida. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in issues such as anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, trauma, foster care, and adoption. I typically use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trust Based Relational Interventions to support clients in the therapeutic process.
Each client has unique needs, stories, and goals. I utilize trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) to create a supportive and effective healing environment.
