Ashley loves working with adolescents, teens, adults, and couples presenting with diverse challenges in life. She recognizes that daily struggles often start to feel like battles, and her goal in her sessions is to foster a space for clients where they can let down their armor, study it, polish it, and feel more at peace beneath it. Ashley values holding clients accountable without judging them and challenging clients without belittling them. Amanda is a certified Mental Health Specialist and Child Mental Health Specialist, and has advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Trauma Focused-CBT and childhood traumatic grief through Harborview Center for Sexual Assault and Traumatic Stress.

Nancy Heilman, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist with over twenty-five years of experience working with children, teens, and families. Clinical treatment methods have included family therapy and parenting skills training, individual therapy for children and adolescents utilizing cognitive-behavioral interventions and skills-training.Specialties include anxiety and adjustment disorders, brain injury, neuro-developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorders, and chronic and terminal illness. Her clinical approach is primarily evidenced based, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, developmental, and neuro-biological in nature.
