I am trained in Trauma Informed Care, CPT, CBT, Solution Focused, & Person Centered Therapy. I work collaboratively with the client to determine which modality best suits their therapeutic journey. There is no one size fits all approach. The initial stages of the therapeutic journey is offering you a safe space to be heard and for me to actively listen.
