Feelings of loneliness, inadequacy, shame, hopelessness, and anxiety/depression often derive from negative patterns developed over time or as a result of traumatic pain or stressors. Recognizing these negative patterns helps you find solutions for positive change that is healthy and empowering.
We will explore specific strategies through a variety of therapeutic approaches in a safe and collaborative environment. We will also address learning to relax in your body, change your way of thinking, and explore/learn to identify both your specific needs and inherent strengths to move forward with hope.
