I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor working with adolescent and adults around issues of personal empowerment and growth. I have experience working with teens and adults with alcohol/substance misuse and mood disorders. I also treat clients with a variety of difficulties ranging from anxiety/stress, impulse control, and trauma. My approach is where you are in life-without judgement. I utilize a humanistic, strength-based, and cognitive behavioral therapies to accomplish your treatment goals.
