I've been privileged to work with individuals from all walks of life and have developed a deep respect and appreciation for the skills and effort that each client brings to this relationship. I use a team approach in providing support and guidance, viewing you as an equal partner in effective problem-solving.
I have extensive experience working with issues such as: anxiety/mood, parenting, trauma, school-related issues, relationship problems and family conflict. My treatment approaches include Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral theories from a strength-based perspective, but I also value the ability to tailor treatment to an individual/family's needs.
