I am a strengths-based, solution focused clinician, who works to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and improve their overall daily functioning. My approach is to help clients identify triggers to their mental health challenges, develop coping strategies to meet client's specifics needs and assist is changing flawed cognitive patterns that exist. I will work with you to identify the best approach for your specific needs and goals.
I have worked with many different clients over the past 12 years ranging in ages, and am currently looking to support individuals teenage years and up. I can offer support to meet individual specific needs, using multiple therapeutic approaches.
My goal is for clients to feel as comfortable as possible while in my office. I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the trusting relationship that is built between the therapist and client. I give clients the space to identify their strengths and areas that need improvement, and to help them achieve the goals that we create together in therapy.
