Hello, I'm Bonnie Wagner, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individual adults, couples, children/teens (birth to 18 years) and families, for over 25 years. I am a licensed Marriage, Family Therapist (MFT), specializing in working with children with developmental, emotional/behavioral issues. I have completed two graduate degrees (child development and counseling psychology) where my training focused on developmental issues of childhood and child psychopathology issues. I am also a Graduate Fellow of the UC Davis Infant-Parent Mental Health Program and I have earned the California Infant-Early Childhood Mental Health Specialist Credential. I am also a lecturer, parent educator and past college professor.

Dr. Blaire Heath grew up in Southern California and started doing volunteer work locally and abroad when she was in high school, including mission trips to Latin America and Africa. Her passion for helping others and health brought me to pursue the field of nutrition and pharmacy. However, following a medical mission trip to Haiti after the earthquake in 2010, she really felt a calling to pursue medicine and work more closely with patients. She loves that the field of mental health applies to the whole person: body, mind, and spirit and that overall health means not just addressing a single area of one’s life.

If you or a loved one are struggling with addiction I know the challenges of this lifestyle. You do not have to go to 'rehab' to make lasting changes in your life. Leaving your family, job, school or other responsibilities for an extended period of time is not always needed to get yourself healthy and on the right track. Being caught in the cycle of addiction is hard...feelings of anxiety, fear, failure, unworthiness, and shame. You may have tried stopping on your own, only to find yourself engaging in the same unhelpful behavior. Breaking this cycle on your own is tough! Counseling may be more effective for you than rehab.
