I’m a mother passionate about midwifery with 20 years experience working with children. I provide parent/family coaching & support for expecting or adjusting mothers & treat birth trauma.

My approach moves you from your head to your body where the true wisdom lies through using Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment Theory, Psychodynamic/development theory.
