I’m so glad you’re here. My goal is to create a space where you can rest, restore, and refocus—no matter what stage of life you’re in. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate trauma, stress, and life’s challenges, while helping you reconnect with yourself after difficult experiences. Using a variety of approaches, I focus on helping you regulate your nervous system and find a sense of balance, clarity, and healing. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, working together to create meaningful and lasting change.
In our first session, we’ll take time to review any assessments you completed beforehand and gather a deeper understanding of your background. I’ll invite you to share your past experiences with therapy—what has been helpful, as well as what hasn’t—so we can tailor our work to best support you.
