I approach counseling from an integrative model, with a particular emphasis in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe counseling is highly relational, and once a strong therapeutic relationship is formed we identify your specific goals and work towards them.

This includes cognitive reframing, exploration of your emotions, challenging of your automatic thoughts, and learning strategies for improved coping through life’s difficulties.
