I offer a holistic approach to therapy, supporting adults, and couples through a mind-body-spirit framework. I help clients gently explore and process trauma, anxiety, and depression that may be held in the body using EMDR, IFS, & polyvagal-informed techniques. I also create space for those interested in spiritual exploration or shadow work, honoring your path to healing and self-understanding.

I help individuals and couples work through anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues by addressing what’s beneath the surface. Using EMDR, parts work, polyvagal-informed therapy, & Relational Life Therapy, I guide clients through nervous system regulation, inner healing, and building authentic connection with themselves.

Therapy with me is a collaborative space where your whole self is welcome—no masks, no pressure to perform. I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and stay curious about the parts of us we’ve pushed away. You don’t have to this alone.
