I work with people navigating with anxiety, addiction, depression, relationship challenges, or feeling that something's off and you can't figure out why. I'd be honored to help you shift from patterns of self-sabotage, overwhelm and disconnection toward more stability, meaning, and an empowered way of being. I support people in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and compassionate personal accountability.

Working together blends trauma-informed therapy (EMDR, Internal Family Systems& Polyvagal) with foundational principles from Relational Life Therapy. We will uncover patterns that keep you feeling stuck and practice new ways of relating, with yourself and others. I have my own history with addiction and welcome spirituality and twelve step program members.

Our work together would be collaborative. I offer warmth, honesty, and curiosity to help you slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with the parts of you that have been silenced or shamed. Healing happens in relationship when you’re met with compassion instead of judgment. You don’t have to do this alone, and I’d be honored to walk beside you.
