Change is the only constant in life; however, there are many contexts in which we feel stuck or in limbo - unable to reach our goals, have healthy relationships, feel less overwhelmed by traumas that have occurred in our lives, or merely feel better. So often, though, we are caught somewhere in between what we've come to expect from our histories or what we hope for in the future, neither of which are present realities. Whether you've tried something and it hasn't worked or you don't know what to do next, I'm certain we can figure it out together.

Therapy with me is a space where you can explore new possibilities of engaging with others or understanding yourself. Through attuned listening and exploration, I hope to help give new insight and provide a fresh perspective to your experiences that may help enable you to live life more freely and make choices more closely aligned with your values.

There are so few places left where you can go to be completely open about your experiences, without fearing judgment regarding who you "must" or "should" be, and have someone dwell with and seek to understand you. In my experience, inhabiting this space together can feel vulnerable, but is also the one most likely to create change in your life.
