There also might be things about the stories we tell about ourselves that we do not necessarily like. I enjoy helping people re-author these stories so that they feel more capable of taking their stories in the direction they would like going forward.
Whether you are a perfectionist dauntlessly trying to be the best at everything you do, a chronic procrastinator that is in a constant cycle of avoiding action and being upset with yourself for not taking it, or feeling like you are lost in your own story.
