Welcome! If the past feels like a heavy burden you didn’t pack and don't want to carry, you’re not alone. Maybe life’s thrown challenges, emotions are in the driver’s seat, or your boundaries need a little reinforcing—or a lot of it. Or maybe you just feel stuck, knowing something’s got to change but scratching your head to figure out what. That awareness is the first step, and reaching out for help is the next. I’m excited to help you in this work and I offer a space grounded in trust, honesty, and humor, where we work as a team to move through the hard stuff and toward the life you want, whatever is getting in the way.
I specialize in the treatment trauma of all kinds, whatever the cause. I also treat anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and offer support with relationship boundaries. As a firefighter I connect well with first responders. I understand the culture, the calls that linger, and the need for support from someone who can relate to these unique experiences.
Doing this kind of work takes courage. It’s not easy, but it is so worth it—and I’m honored every time someone lets me walk that path with them.
