My focus is on helping you develop greater self-compassion, clarity, and flexibility — so you can move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. In our early sessions, we’ll take time to really get to know your story — where you are now, what’s been shaping your experience, and what you hope to build going forward. I aim to create a space where you feel free to be yourself and move toward small, meaningful steps that last.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Bellingham, WA. For the past three years, I’ve supported adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, and OCD. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, primarily Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — tools that build awareness and growth.
