I work with adolescents (12+) and adults who feel stuck in anxiety, overthinking, or self-doubt. Many are navigating depression, OCD, trauma, or major life transitions. I often support clients who are questioning their identity, beliefs, or past conditioning, including those healing from religious or high-control environments. Some may feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create space to understand what’s happening and begin building a path forward.
I offer a warm, collaborative approach that blends person-centered therapy, CBT, DBT-informed skills, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. We’ll build practical tools to manage thoughts and emotions while also exploring deeper patterns so you can feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life.
You don’t have to have it all figured out before starting therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who you are right now, that’s okay. We can take this one step at a time, at your pace, in a space where you don’t have to filter yourself.
