Let's be honest, life is hard! Sometimes we as humans experience situations that can lead us to become stuck, unable to move forward, and unable to cope with these situations. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults throughout my career in different settings. I utilize several different modalities of treatment such as Cognitive Behavioral, Attachment-Based, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, etc. I believe by identifying your strengths, they can be capitalized upon to help develop sound coping skills.
I work to build a strong therapeutic relationship with you so that you can feel at ease. A strong relationship between the client and the therapist is an important factor toward a more positive outcome.
