When I meet someone who has experienced real challenges in life, I don't shake my head, I'm usually nodding, because I really do get it. I actively listen to what the person is saying, and what is underneath what they aren't saying. I create a space where the person can feel safe in telling me whatever they've wanted to say but haven't felt that they could. How? By letting the person know that I see them. I am not here to judge; I am here to help you navigate the incredibly difficult pathways that lead to a solution. That begins with questions. Why you are here? What do you want to conquer?
I specialize in breaking the chains of trauma. Whether that trauma is related to addiction, depressive episodes, post-incarceration syndrome, self-esteem issues, or anxiety in all its variations. We start with breaking down the issue and then get to work on the solution.
I am not here to sell you dreams, I can tell you that once you decide to work with me, you are no longer alone in the fight. I'm right there with you. I provide down to earth relatability in my personality, coupled with a reality-based, trauma-focused, lens to address the issues and develop plausible solutions. So, let's get to work.
