I approach therapy with the Nervous System in mind and its impact on our thoughts, memories, and reactions with the use of EMDR, Somatic, & Parts Work. Allowing for a deeper level of healing and creates an embodied shift that goes beyond just changing thoughts. Positive beliefs that feel true in mind and heart.
Past adverse life experiences makes it hard to trust, including trusting our own judgement. So that's where we'll begin and where we'll end.
