I specialize in the treatment of women ages 25 & up dealing with life challenges such as boundary issues, people-pleasing, procrastination, avoidance, perfectionism, relationship issues, life transitions, loss & grief. I work from a wellness lens and consider the whole person. Some of my clients are constantly overwhelmed and often have no time for self-care. Therapy is a weekly time set aside for my clients to have their own space to focus on themselves and what they need to thrive and live the life they want.
In addition to being a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I am EMDR trained & a registered art therapist (ATR) by the ATCB. I also offer psychedelic integration sessions that incorporate art to deepen insight of the psychedelic journey. The integration offering is for all gender identities ages 25 and up who are open to artistic expression.
I understand the struggle of trying to find a therapist that is a good fit. If you would like to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation (after insurance is authorized) I'd love to learn what brings you to therapy at this time and answer any questions you have. I look forward to hearing from you!
