I specialize in the treatment of women ages 25 & up dealing with challenges such as difficult life transitions, people-pleasing, procrastination, avoidance, perfectionism, a harsh inner-critic, relationship issues, family drama and other related issues. I have the most success with clients that are open to increasing self-awareness about their own emotions/behaviors and willing to consider leaning into change if needed. Change is hard though, so that's why I'm here. To support & hold space for my fellow women on their journey.
In addition to being a licensed professional counselor (LPC) I am also a registered art therapist (ATR) and have extensive training in immersive guided meditation. I love working with women because they are the fabric of our communities and their strength & wellness galvanizes our society.
I understand the struggle of trying to find a therapist that is a good fit. If you would like to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation, I'd love to learn what brings you to therapy at this time and answer any questions you have. I look forward to hearing from you!
