I see individuals, couples, and elders in my practice. I have a background in grief therapy, pregnancy and postpartum care, end of life care, and recovery from trauma. I approach therapy in a holistic manner addressing the issues of the mind as well as the body and psyche. With a background in depth psychology, I aim for therapeutic change that reaches beyond behavioral changes to a deeper level by bringing what is not conscious into awareness to establish changes in patterning that are enduing through the lifespan.
I work in creative ways through the expressive arts in therapy. When we can creatively ingest and express something from a traumatic experience we are integrating the experience into the psyche. I engage with myths, archetypes, and fairy tales in my practice to support and inspire clients. I work in an embodied manner that honors the intelligence of the body
I have extensive training in grief support, prenatal/perinatal psychology, recovery from sexual trauma/violence, end of life care and support, and sexuality education. I welcome clients who identify as LGBTIQ.

Brief Encounters
This is a support group for parents who have experienced the death of their child during pregnancy or as an infant. This group focuses on the healthy grieving process and how grief can impact the relationship between parents. This group will explore the distinctive way that the loss of a child shapes the identity and sense of place for grieving parents. This kind of grief is not well understood or supported in our culture and this group strives to fill that gap of misunderstanding by providing therapeutic support to parents grieving the loss of their child. Free for all participants.

Social Skills and Community Building for Women
In our post-pandemic isolation, many of us have become socially isolated and lack a sense of belonging in the our own communities. This group was created to bring women into social connection after the isolation of the last few years. This is a plce to practice social skills and community building through embodied practices, role playing, and creative endeavors.
