I welcome clients who are ready to take a deep dive into their own psychic landscape to examine their patterns and habits compassionately and honestly, with a willingness to make changes and grow. I work with survivors of trauma including physical and sexual trauma, birth trauma, religious trauma, and psychological trauma. I enjoy working with women and their families in pregnancy and postpartum periods of life. I also provide therapy for people who have been given a serious or terminal illness and/or are facing the end of life. I work with people who are grieving, including delayed or denied grief.
I have specialties in prenatal/perinatal psychology and end of life care or living with a serious or terminal illness. I work with embodied practices and mindfulness approaches to maintaining a steady nervous system. I work creatively with art and writing with a narrative approach helping my clients create an honest and empowering self-narrative.
I welcome a diverse population into my practice. I am your steady companion as we walk the intrapsychic landscape and visit the shadow aspects of the psyche. I welcome people into my practice when the time has come to make changes and your growth calls to you, I am here for the journey to healing.
