I am a pre-licensed associate clinician at Mindful Therapy Pacific Northwest and a graduate of Pacifica Graduate Institute. My training includes Depth Psychology, Ecopsychology, Primary Attachment Therapy, and Hakomi—a client-centered approach that engages the unconscious, imagination, and mind-body connection in treatment.
My practice is rooted in relational integration. I support clients in reconnecting with the wholeness of their lived experience while tending to present goals and concerns. Together, we create an open, compassionate space to explore, heal, and discover supportive ways of living in relationship with all parts of yourself.
