I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), committed to building a strong therapeutic alliance with clients navigating grief, trauma, addiction, and life’s multifaceted challenges. With a compassionate, evidence-based approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their pain, rediscover resilience, and work toward healing. Drawing on years of experience in diverse clinical settings, I tailor my interventions to meet each client's unique needs—empowering them to overcome obstacles and embrace a path toward lasting recovery and personal growth.
With training in CBT, helping to identify negative/inaccurate thinking patterns and respond more effectively; DBT, teaching new skills to support emotional regulation; EFT, helping couples gain secure attachments; and addiction and trauma specific interventions I work jointly with each client to identify needs/goals and develop an effective treatment plan.
I understand that each client I work with is a unique individual influenced by their culture, family, values/beliefs, and personal identity. Relapse Prevention Group is an evidence-based outpatient group that meets once a week, one hour a week, for eight weeks. It is designed as a supplement to an aftercare plan post residential treatment or an inpatient rehab program. Relapse Prevention helps individuals stay focused and engaged in their recovery goals. Most inpatient programs provide approximately 30 days of treatment and even Intensive Outpatient Programs rarely last more than three months. It is important to be actively working to sustain healthy habits. RP provides a community, this is an important aspect to any successful treatment plan.
