They may feel like they’ve done “all the right things”—read the books, talked it through, tried to stay positive—but still feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from who they are. Maybe they’ve spent years showing up for others while quietly putting their own needs on the back burner. Now, they’re feeling the weight of that and want something to shift. They’re not sure where to start, but they know they want more—more clarity, more peace, more meaning. These clients are curious, self-aware, and open to the deeper work.

I specialize in helping adults work through trauma, PTSD, grief, anxiety, depression, and life changes. I primarily use EMDR Therapy to support deep healing and lasting change, with talk therapy woven in when helpful. My approach is warm, direct, and grounded—focused on helping you move from survival to feeling whole and empowered.

As someone with a military-oriented background and a personal journey marked by resilience, I bring not only clinical training but also lived experience to the work we’ll do together.
